Don't Let "Them" tell You to Be Mad at Trump's Tuskegee Training Elimination - Think for Yourselves

Article attacking the silly little juvenile mindset the public is being conditioned to believe as truth. Piece debunks the "outrage" regarding the President Trump elimination of DEI training featuring the Tuskegee airmen.

Similarly, with Dunkin', the iconic donut shop most people know and love, the abbreviation was just a natural evolution of the brand. Everyone knows their delicious donuts are the main attraction, so dropping “Donuts” from the name feels like a logical step rather than a significant loss. It seems unnecessary to insist on the full name when "Dunkin'" has become synonymous with the experience of grabbing a coffee and a donut at any of their locations.

Let's just put it out there: certain training materials can sometimes feel like unnecessary embellishments when the core message is already understood.

When it comes to the Tuskegee Airmen, their contributions during World War II were pivotal and deserving of recognition without being overshadowed by discussions around diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). The fact that they were Black airmen does highlight an important historical context, but their skills and dedication were what really mattered in their mission. Many people might feel that focusing solely on their race can detract from the incredible achievements they made, as they were trained professionals doing what they were meant to do.

In both cases, the essence of what each represents remains intact whether or not additional descriptors are included. It's all about the experience and the contributions, right? Both the Tuskegee Airmen and Dunkin' have made lasting impacts that speak for themselves without the need for overemphasizing something that is already obvious.

In turn, the Airforce may very well see significant improvement as they can redirect focus on tactics and actual skill development rather than a DEI curriculum that doesn't benefit anyone at all. The Dunkin' franchise has reported an increase in sales since the rebrand/name-drop as it can here on out be associated with its array of beverages and foodstuffs it offers. NOT JUST DONUTS. Catch my drift?

Where the UNITED STATES MILLITARY is concerned, there are just SO MANY other races and ethnicities and SO MUCH MORE equipment and machinery to master than some insipid "Diversity-Equality-Inclusion" course. It's not a petty act to discontinue it, it's just common sense.

A nod to old advertisement for Dunkin' Donuts.

We're going to be comparing the elimination of Tuskegee airmen DEI training video to the elimination of "donuts" in "Dunkin' Donuts" in this piece. Both are irrelevant and not necessary to convey ideals. Yea, there were about 1,000 black troops that helped out LIKE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO AND TRAINED TO DO. Let us just put it out there: THE UNITED STATES MILLITARY DIDN'T GIVE A SHIT ABOUT "DEI" BACK IN THE DAY! The fact that they were black is irrelevant to most Americans. They were actively trained on a segregated base (which could perhaps be the reason WHY they were so effective-but that's another convo for another day). . .

For comparative reasons we'll use Dunkin' Donuts as a prime example here. Now, "Dunkin'" too was an overstatement that folks clung to; we all know they sell donuts, and we never felt a need to speak the whole title when referring to DD. It was already implied. Welp same goes with that needless Tuskegee training video. We all get the gist of what air force tasks entail. Much like a trip to Dunkin's! 😁
